Return & Exchange Policy

1. Free Return/Exchange for Defective Items
You may return or exchange defective items free of charge within 7 days of receiving your order. Please refer to the details below.

2. Returns Due to Personal Reasons
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, please email us at xiangjiuhk@gmail.com.
Please provide your order number, phone number, or email for identification, along with the reason for return. We will contact you for further arrangements.
If you wish to exchange an item after receiving it, you are responsible for all shipping costs, including the return to us and the reshipment.

If you cancel your order or request a refund for personal reasons after payment, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of 20% of the order total or a minimum of HK$100, whichever is higher.

3. Used Products
Products that have been used cannot be exchanged. Please check for any quality issues before use.
Product effectiveness varies from person to person, and individual standards may differ. We guarantee only the authenticity of our products.
Color differences may occur due to different display screens. Please consider this before purchasing, as color differences are not valid reasons for return or exchange.

4. Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us. We will replace it free of charge and cover all shipping costs.
